How do I choose a photo?
Send the highest-resolution original you have. A clear face and natural expression are helpful. If the photograph is faded, damaged or part of a group, describe what you would like us to review.
Which shapes and sizes are available?
Choose Oval, Round, Rectangle, Square, Heart or Dome. Visit Shapes & Sizes for the available dimensions in centimetres. Confirm orientation and fitting requirements in your enquiry.
How much will my ceramic photo cost?
We prepare an individual quote based on your chosen shape, size, image preparation and any personalisation. Send your photograph and preferences to request a quote.
Can I order a personal keepsake or gift?
Yes. Enquire about family photo keepsakes, personal gifts, pet portraits and memorial photos. Tell us how you would like to use or display your ceramic piece.
How long will my order take?
We confirm production timing and delivery arrangements with your personal quote. Let us know if you have a preferred date before proceeding.
Can you replace an existing ceramic photo?
Provide photographs of the existing portrait, its measurements, and the original image if available. Ask your memorial professional to confirm fitting and installation requirements.
Do you offer service across New Zealand?
